We have a dedicated quiet/wellness room in room 7 with a trained mental health first-aider available if required. Please feel free to use this room at any point during Conference.

We have nook pods in the exhibition area which provide a semi-private space for members to shut out the sensory stimulation of an open environment and to gain a moment of mindful reset, focus or connection. They offer a psychological buffer from the environment while maintaining a connection to it.

Within the exhibition there are dedicated health and wellbeing zones which include suitable furniture, lighting, literature, scents, art therapy, a library, healthy snacks, hydration station and short games to help manage your health and wellbeing during Conference. There is a giant tepee which hosts various wellness short sessions in the lunch breaks, these are often very popular so do arrive early to secure your place.
