Trade unions have a vital role to play in increasing awareness and understanding around neurodiversity in the workplace and enforcing the rights that protect people.

We want to champion equality and seek to explore how we as a trade union can better provide a neuro-inclusive environment for members.

It is vital that the voice of lived experience informs our campaigning for neuro-inclusive workplaces and promoting neurodiversity at work. We want to ensure all our members feel seen, supported and valued.
