Midland Academies Trust has six academies and studio schools, primarily based in Leicestershire and Warwickshire. The NASUWT, along with the other workforce unions, meet regularly with the Trust for consultation and collective bargaining purposes. 

The Midland Academies Trust currently employs teachers according to the School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document (STPCD) and Burgundy Book in their academies and adopt Warwickshire County Council HR policies.
