Catch22 is a charitable multi-academy trust focusing on academies and free schools across England.

Pay and conditions in Catch22 academies

The NASUWT seeks to ensure that members in academy schools have, at least, the equivalent pay award to teachers in other maintained schools. Teachers working in a Catch22 academy should continue to receive the same pay increase and benefits as teachers in the maintained sector.

National recognition

Currently, the NASUWT has no recognition agreement with this employer and as of February 2021 continues to contact Catch22 to arrange a meeting to further discuss.
